TITT TALKS - a podcast for modern women living in a mama world. Four college best friends (Tiffany, Isa, Tiffany, and Tiffany) chat and share stories on a particular topic every other week. Some playful, some serious, these “TITT Talks” shed light on being an Asian Pacific American working mother in 2020. Through the lens of our own experience, we aim to create a community of modern women who celebrate and redefine motherhood. At its core, TITT Talks is a podcast about modern womxn living in a mama world, sharing the fun, the ridiculousness, and the relatable struggles of living our best lives in an ever-changing world of expectations.

Welcome back to another episode of TITT Talks! Today we are bringing you a round table discussion on Mental Health with special guest, Dr. Jang Cho. Join us for a raw, unfiltered discussion that touches on all facets of being a woman and a mother in this very heavy year that we’ve lived through. We at TITT Talks feel strongly that we would be doing a disservice to our community and women at large by not utilizing our platform to help break down some of the barriers around this highly stigmatized subject.
Dr. Jang Cho is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York City and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Cho is passionate about treatment, education and advocacy for mental health of Asian Americans and has given talks in various seminars and conferences, both locally and nationally. She is a co-founder and a co-chair for Asian Caucus of American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and a faculty member of the MGH Center for Cross-Cultural Student Emotional Wellness. Dr. Cho also runs her own tele-psychiatry private practice, Cultivate Psychiatry, geared toward serving immigrant families and those with diverse backgrounds, especially Asian Americans.
During her down time, Dr. Cho enjoys living in rural Washington state and navigating the challenges of raising her bicultural young daughter. She is also a co-host of Podcast, Korean American Parenting where she shares her journey - both the joy and the tribulation- of motherhood with other Korean American parents.

ABOUT TITT TALKS
TITT Talks was “conceived” in January of 2020 during one of TITT’s many friend/family (“framily”) get-togethers. In conversation, it came to light that there was a lack of representation of women like TITT in, among other forms of media, the podcast world. In particular, there was no podcast that TITT could subscribe to that would enable them to feel seen, heard, or understood as modern Asian Pacific American working mothers.
The women of TITT Talks knew that this void was one they could fill by sharing their voices and experiences through their casual conversations, which were already taking place on a routine basis.
Thank you for the positive feedback we have received since our launch in early June 2020. We are delighted to hear that we are bringing you content that you can finally relate to as mothers, professionals, millennials, and Asian Pacific Americans.
